Review ~ Dreaming of You by Lisa Kleypas
Dreaming of You by Lisa Kleypas
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
If you read the first in this series, you’d have met Derek. He’s a very rough and hard character and sort of made it difficult for me to like him.
However, in this book, his story, we get a deeper insight into his life, his heart, and his doubts.
When a sweet girl, Sara saved his life and slowly fell in love with him, he fought the attraction every step of the way.
I loved reading how Sara was patient and snuck her way into his heart and life. Derek fell hard and it was a wonderful story.
The setting and period were wonderful, the life of the times portrayed very realistically. I enjoyed this so much.
