Review ~ Where We Fell by Amber L. Johnson

Where We FellWhere We Fell by Amber L. Johnson

Oliver Bishop is having a seriously bad day. With one diagnosis, his life suddenly has an expiration date. Confused about the numbness he has to the idea of it, he unwittingly puts himself directly in the sights of a girl that just may give him a reason to fight – and to live.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was a great short story that tugged at every emotion I have.

Oliver, the MC, and Hannah his potential love interest met on a day Oliver received some really bad news. These characters were written so well that their feelings hit me like a ton of bricks. I loved Hannah and her outgoing, open personality and how she swooped in and took care of Oliver whether he wanted her to or not. But of course he did, she was too perfect for him not to. I loved their relationship and where it went. I could have read more of them for days. And the things they overcame … yeah.

I recommend this for anyone that likes great love stories and overcoming a great big fat illness.
